Delivery Process
After your phone order is placed and a deposit is received, we confirm the delivery date and begin production scheduling.
All components are individually wrapped, colour-labelled, and packed in reinforced crates or bundles to prevent damage in transit.
Our logistics partner tracks every shipment. You'll receive a tracking number and estimated arrival time window for your delivery day.
Our installation team unpacks, assembles, and installs your playground on-site. Site is cleaned up and handed over ready-to-use.

Equipment delivery to your address. Unloading is included. Assembly guide provided. Available for all 81 provinces. Delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
Our certified installation crew accompanies the delivery. They assemble the entire playground, level the structure, and ensure all fixings meet safety standards before handover.
